CHROMATIN MODIFIERS IN PDAC

Several chromatin readers, writers, and erasers are frequently mutated in PDAC, and we and others have demonstrated that chromatin-based events are important for tumor initiation and progression. To examine how some of these regulators restrict or permit the tumorigenic potential of PanIN and established PDAC, we are using multiple orthogonal efforts to exert spatiotemporal control over gene expression to parse the context-dependent effects of these chromatin regulators.
